If you would like more control over your visa application, our optional consultancy packages are also available. The service is not a substitute for the official system; what it adds is support with preparing, checking and tracking your application, as well as with travel planning.
Important: Using visa consultancy is not mandatory. You can also complete the application yourself, directly through the official system.
The price on each consultancy package is Mark Turizm’s service fee. Where they apply, the official visa fee and the bank or virtual POS commission are listed separately.

What you pay for visa consultancy, item by item
Before you pay, each item you are charged for should be clear to you. The total may be made up of the items below.
Our service fee
Mark Turizm’s optional consultancy service fee is the main item in each package: Standard, Fast and Express.
Official visa fee (where applicable)
Where the competent authorities have set an official visa fee for your application, we list that amount apart from the consultancy fee.
Commission (bank or virtual POS)
Paying by card may involve a commission of about 5%, depending on the bank and the payment infrastructure used. The payment step shows the exact rate.
What you pay in total
Put together, the consultancy service fee, any applicable official visa fee and any payment commission make up the total amount.
Limits of our service and key notes
Important: Consultancy helps bring more order to how your application is managed. Even so, visa approval, the right to enter Türkiye and the outcome of any third-party service are not guaranteed.

Below are the questions we hear most often about visa consultancy fees and how the packages are structured.
Do I have to use the consultancy service?
No. The consultancy service is optional, and you are free to submit your application yourself, directly through the official system.
Does the package price include the official visa fee?
No. Where an official visa fee applies, we show it apart from the consultancy package fee. Together with any payment commission, these items make up your total payment.
Will Fast or Express get me an official result sooner?
No. All they change is Mark Turizm’s internal service priority, how deep the checks go and the level of support. They have no effect on the speed of the official decision process.
What does guidance by phone or WhatsApp involve?
It means Mark Turizm gives you communication and guidance support with higher priority. It creates no guarantee regarding how the official authorities reach their decision or what that decision is.
Can you guarantee the restaurant or event ideas in my Türkiye plan?
No. The Türkiye plan’s suggestions for events, restaurants, museums, theaters, concerts, transport and similar third-party services are there to inform and guide you. There is no guarantee of tickets, reservations, availability, prices or the results of third-party services.
