This agreement applies to the application, consultancy, tracking, payment, information and support services provided through the website.
The type of service selected by the Applicant may also be displayed on the application screen, payment screen, fee policy page, information pages or relevant consent areas. Before proceeding with any transaction, the Applicant is responsible for reviewing the service scope, payment items, total amount, cancellation and refund terms, and relevant information notices shown to them.
By performing a transaction through the website, submitting a form, making a payment or ticking the relevant consent boxes, the Applicant is deemed to have accepted the provisions of this agreement that are visible to them and applicable to the service they selected.
Provisions specific to services concerning one particular country are contained in a separate annex for that country (“Country Annex”). For those services, the Service Agreement comprises these General Terms and the applicable Country Annex. Each Country Annex is made available together with these General Terms on the website page for the relevant country; its first article determines its relationship with these General Terms and the order of precedence. Throughout these General Terms, the “relevant country” is the country whose visa is being applied for.
Article 3 | Paying for Services
Payment items applicable to the consultancy service are displayed on the application and payment screens.
The total amount may consist of the service fee for the selected consultancy package, the official visa fee if applicable, and bank, card, virtual POS or payment infrastructure transaction costs if applicable.
The Applicant is responsible for checking the items and the total amount displayed on the payment screen before confirming payment.
If an official visa fee applies, it is separate from the amount charged for the consultancy service. Amounts displayed separately on the payment screen are collected with the Applicant’s approval.

Mark Turizm is not the decision-making authority for visa approval. Mark Turizm does not guarantee that the application will be approved, concluded within a specific time, issued with a specific validity period or grant the right to enter the relevant country.
Obtaining a visa does not mean that entry into the relevant country will be definitively permitted. The final assessment at the point of entry into the relevant country may be made by the authorized officers at the border.
Article 7 | Cancellation and Refund Terms
Cancellation and refund requests are evaluated according to the stage of the service, whether the application has been submitted to the official system, whether the official visa fee has been paid and the rules of the payment infrastructure.

- If preliminary check, information review, eligibility assessment, application preparation or support process has started, all or part of the Mark Turizm service fee may be non-refundable depending on the scope of the service provided.
- If the application has been submitted to the official system or the official visa fee has been paid to the official system, refund of the official visa fee is subject to the rules of the official system.
- Refusal of the application by the official authorities does not by itself mean that the Mark Turizm service fee will be automatically refunded.
- If there is a clear processing error caused by Mark Turizm, duplicate payment or technical collection error, the necessary review is conducted and an appropriate refund or correction is made.
- The Applicant is responsible for consequences arising from incorrect, missing, erroneous or passport-inconsistent information.

If the Applicant initiates a payment objection, reversal or chargeback, Mark Turizm may submit transaction records, service records, application records, invoice information, communication records and other lawful records to the relevant bank, payment institution or card scheme.
If it is determined that the Applicant has received the service but used the payment objection or chargeback mechanism in bad faith to cause loss to Mark Turizm, obtain an unjust benefit or recover the service fee despite receiving the service, Mark Turizm may file a criminal complaint against the relevant person, initiate legal proceedings and claim compensation for its damages.

Türkiye Annex
Annex Article 1 | Application of the Türkiye Annex and Order of Precedence
This Türkiye Annex (the “Annex”) sets out special provisions for the Türkiye visa consultancy service, its consultancy packages and the personalized Türkiye plan provided within the scope of the selected package (collectively, the “Türkiye Service”). The Annex does not apply to any service other than the Türkiye Service.
In relation to the Türkiye Service, the General Terms and this Annex together make up the Service Agreement. This Annex is an integral part of the Service Agreement; it supplements the General Terms and does not replace them.
For the Türkiye Service, the General Terms and the special provisions of this Annex apply together. Where a provision of this Annex conflicts with a provision of the General Terms, the provision of this Annex prevails for the Türkiye Service to the extent of the conflict. This precedence does not limit the Applicant’s mandatory rights arising from applicable legislation, which remain reserved under Article 13 of the General Terms.
Where the General Terms mention the “relevant country”, this means Türkiye in the case of the Türkiye Service.
This Annex is numbered separately, and its articles are called “Annex Articles”. In this Annex, “Article … of the General Terms” refers to an article of the General Terms, and “Annex Article …” refers to an article of this Annex. The numbering of this Annex is not a continuation of the numbering of the General Terms.
Annex Article 2 | About the Türkiye Visa Consultancy Service
The Türkiye visa consultancy service is an optional support service provided only upon separate request to nationals of countries eligible for the visa and to holders of eligible travel documents.
If the Applicant is eligible to apply for the visa online, the Applicant may apply directly through the official government portal.
The service provided by Mark Turizm is a support service offered upon the Applicant’s request. This service does not replace the official portal.
Procedures related to work, education, medical treatment, research, long-term residence or consular visas are outside the scope of the Türkiye visa consultancy service under this Annex.

Annex Article 4 | Packages for Türkiye Visa Consultancy
The Applicant may select one of the consultancy packages offered on the website.
Packages may differ in terms of application review scope, service priority within Mark Turizm, support level, tracking scope, level of detail of the personalized Türkiye plan and preparation time.
Package names such as Fast or Express refer only to Mark Turizm’s internal service priority, support response speed, review scope and the preparation time of the personalized Türkiye plan.
Package selection does not accelerate the decision time of the official authorities, does not guarantee visa approval and does not guarantee entry into Türkiye.
Delivery times specified within a package begin after the Applicant has completed the required information and payment. Missing information, missing documents, waiting for the Applicant’s response, official holidays, technical issues or force majeure may affect delivery times.
Annex Article 5 | The Personalized Türkiye Plan
The personalized Türkiye plan is an informational and travel preparation service provided within the scope of the selected consultancy package.
This plan may include route, transportation, restaurant, café, shopping district, event, concert, theatre, museum, cultural route, daily program, return-day checklist or practical travel notes.
Suggestions included in the personalized Türkiye plan are for information and guidance purposes. Mark Turizm does not guarantee tickets, reservations, availability, prices, transportation times, occurrence of events, quality of third-party services or outcomes of third-party services.
In packages where phone or WhatsApp support guidance is offered, this service refers to communication and guidance support within Mark Turizm’s own service scope. This support does not replace emergency health, security, legal, official authority or third-party services.
In force majeure situations under Article 11 of the General Terms, the preparation process for the personalized Türkiye plan may also be affected. In such cases, Mark Turizm cannot be held responsible for delays or temporary interruption in the preparation of the plan.
Annex Article 6 | Information the Applicant Provides for the Türkiye Plan
The Applicant is responsible for sharing the requested travel dates, travel duration, number of travelers, age group, interests, city preferences, regional preferences, transportation preferences, accommodation area expectations, budget range, special sensitivities and similar information accurately, completely and up to date so that the personalized Türkiye plan can be prepared.
Mark Turizm is not responsible if the prepared plan does not match the Applicant’s expectations due to incomplete, incorrect, outdated, false or misleading information shared by the Applicant.
If the Applicant’s travel preferences or conditions change, the Applicant must inform Mark Turizm before the preparation of the plan is completed. Change requests submitted after the preparation of the plan has started or after the plan has been delivered may be assessed separately according to the service scope and availability.
Annex Article 7 | Corrections and Changes to the Türkiye Plan
The Applicant may request reasonable clarification or correction regarding the personalized Türkiye plan provided to them and the assessments or lists it contains.
The scope of revision or change requests is assessed according to the selected consultancy package, the delivery stage of the plan, the accuracy of the information initially shared by the Applicant and the nature of the request.
If the Applicant changes fundamental elements such as travel date, city preference, number of travelers, budget range, travel purpose, accommodation area expectation or travel pace, additional work may be required. In this case, Mark Turizm may request an additional fee or require a new service request to be created.
Annex Article 8 | Türkiye Plan Materials and Their Permitted Use
Personalized Türkiye plans, route notes, lists, assessments, texts, visuals, tables, checklists, recommendation documents and similar materials prepared by Mark Turizm may be considered part of Mark Turizm’s content production.
The Applicant may use the plan and materials prepared for them only for personal travel planning purposes. Without Mark Turizm’s written permission, such content may not be reproduced, sold, distributed, published or used to provide services to third parties for commercial purposes.
Personal preferences, explanations, travel notes or special information submitted by the Applicant to Mark Turizm for the personalized Türkiye plan may be used for the preparation of the plan and communication with the Applicant.
Annex Article 9 | Türkiye Service: Special Cancellation and Refund Provisions
Cancellation and refund requests concerning the Türkiye Service are evaluated in accordance with Article 7 of the General Terms. The evaluation also considers whether the personalized Türkiye plan has been prepared, in addition to the criteria set out in that article.
- If preparation of the personalized Türkiye plan has started, all or part of the Mark Turizm service fee may be non-refundable depending on the scope of the service provided.
- If the personalized Türkiye plan has been prepared or delivered, the amount relating to this service may not be considered refundable.
Annex Article 10 | Consent and Acceptance for the Türkiye Service
By completing the application or payment process for the Türkiye Service after this Annex has been displayed to them, the Applicant is deemed to have accepted both the General Terms and this Annex. Alongside the statements in Article 14 of the General Terms, the Applicant also accepts the following:
- If the Türkiye visa consultancy service is selected, this service is not mandatory and an application may be made directly through the official portal,
- If the Türkiye visa consultancy service is selected, packages such as Fast or Express do not accelerate the official decision time.
